Adding/Viewing/Modifying/Deleting emergency contacts

Access : My employee file > Emergency contacts

The Emergency contacts function allows you to manage your contact list in case of an emergency.

Things to remember

▪To add, modify or delete emergency contacts, you must have the access rights in your user profile.

1Under Contact list, click on Create a contact.

2In the Contact in case of an emergency definition screen, enter your emergency contact information.

3Click on Save.

1Under Contact list, click on the contact name.

2In the Contact in case of an emergency definition screen, enter the new information.

3Click on Save.

1Under Contact list, click on the contact name.

2In the Contact in case of an emergency definition screen, click on Delete.

3Click on OK to confirm the deletion.
